If having a wedding cake then you shall be spoilt for choice.  It is one of the biggest and hardest decisions to make for your wedding. However, there are also alternatives such as individual cupcakes which can be displayed on a tiered cake stand and each person takes a cupcake.  Not only is their flavours, themes, colours etc to be decided but some people do have an alternative on hand should some guests have allergies to some of the ingredients.  Another popular alternative is the lolly buffet.  A large choice of confectionery and people help themselves.
